Boot Camp For The Soul
Purchasing this course will put you on the list of Boot Campers who will start the course on the approaching Sunday.
Once the course begins, each Sunday night you will receive an email outlining the upcoming week's focus.
During the week, you will receive an email each morning and evening. The morning emails will outline the daily focus and tasks you should carry with you through the day and also give you a challenge to complete before you start your day (usually about 40mins). The evening emails will prompt you to reflect on the days activity, log on to the website and record your progress in your online journal. Read more about the structure of the course here.
Each Friday you will also receive a complementary Recipe from acclaimed chef, Pete Evans. These simple to prepare, healthy meals will help you in your quest to transform your Soul, Mind and Body.
After 12 weeks, you will have a different perspective on life, love and spirit.
